The Windsor Law Annual Greenspan Cohn Lecture

The Windsor Law Annual Greenspan Cohn Lecture will be held at Windsor Law on Tuesday October 16, 2108 at 5:30 with a reception to follow. 

 

The lecture will feature Joseph Arvay, O.C., Q.C., from Arvay Finlal LLP.  Featuring Joseph Arvay, O.C., Q.C. (Arvay Finlay LLP).  His lecture is entitled "Litigating at the Intersections of Criminal and Constitutional Law”

Joseph Arvay is one of Canada’s leading constitutional lawyers. He has acted on a variety of matters including medical malpractice, class actions, commercial litigation, intellectual property, and defamation cases. He has successfully acted in every level of the courts in British Columbia and other provinces and territories and has extensive Supreme Court of Canada experience. Mr. Arvay's clients include public interest associations, governments and government agencies, First Nations and public corporations.
