Endorsement Affecting all Civil Jury Trials Scheduled to Commence in Windsor, ON between March 2020 and December 2021

January 21st, 2021:

On January 13, 2021, the Chief Justice of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice issued an updated Notice to the Professional and Public Regarding Court Proceedings advising that the suspension of all jury trials had been extended until May 3, 2021, at the earliest.
